SHIPPING CHARGES—TAXES AND TITLE

The Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return your purchase in its original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges).
All returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

2.Any product that has been personalized, altered, or otherwise customized is not eligible for return or exchange.
3.Any products that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to the availability of products at the time at which the return is received for processing.
4.Gift cards and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5.To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Our team will provide you with return instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) received are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
